Well, I successfully made it through a Boston winter, and much to my surprise I still made it into the city (even when it was freezing) to explore and work remotely in coffee shops. With my trips into the city I needed a boss babe handbag to carry all my work stuff in. You know, the lap top, the cords, the pens, the planner, the cute Kate Spade notebook. Because, essentially, I have to have my whole office to do anything – who’s with me here?
After trying multiple bags – all a complete fail – was when I turned to Dagne Dover. Girls, this is where its at for the girl on the run, the girl who works all over town, the girl who runs from meetings to the gym and back to meetings again. Each bag is exquisitely designed with a specific working girl in mind – because let’s face it – our lives are crazy.
Melissa Mash led the concept of Dagne Dover, and co-founded with Deepa Gandhi and Jessy Dover in 2012. Yes ladies, a 100% woman owned business. Working women who wanted to see other working women have handbags with style AND functionality!
I chose the Simone Satchel for her optimal organizational space, and larger design. I am in LOVE with this bag! In addition to the design, the neutral color makes the rose gold metal accents really pop. And, with all of the space, the pockets and slots really cater to my OCD overdrive of having things in order. Also, leather is super soft, and durable, with a fashion forward look makes me excited to pack a work bag. Seriously, who gets excited about packing a boss babe handbag? This girl!
Ladies, this is the only work boss babe handbag you need. Unless you need two by Dagne Dover, because ultimately two is better than one, am I right? Thanks to Dagne Dover’s leading ladies for bringing their A-game in creating a stylish boss babe bag.
